how much does a Consultation cost?
A consultation is completely risk-free and there is no charge for a consultation. After the consultation we will prepare a quote for you, but you will not be under any obligation to work with us. We are open, honest, and fair.
what cities does evercraft cover?
Evercraft Remodeling covers the following cities in the Denver Metro area: Denver, Aurora, Cherry Creek, Englewood, Littleton, Parker, Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree, Centennial, Castle Rock, Lakewood, Wheat Ridge, Arvada, Westminster, Broomfield, Commerce City, Thorton, Golden, Evergreen. Please contact us if your location is not on the list.
when do I have to pay?
Evercraft Remodeling typically asks for a $1000 deposit to schedule projects and book time for you. We then break up the remaining balance into three payments: 40% to start the project, 40% when the project is halfway completed, and 20% upon completion.
What about building permits?
Evercraft Remodeling has all the necessary contractor licensing. If, on rare occasions, a permit is required, we will help you with the entire process and make it easy for you.
Does evercraft work on weeekends?
Evercraft Remodeling typically works every weekday and half of Saturdays. We prefer to rest on Sundays, but if needed, we will put the extra time into your project to make sure we meet your deadlines.
If I have an emergency, how quickly will evercraft respond?
We try to respond to all calls within 1-2 hours, if not immediately.
