Our Story
Where It All Began
In 2013, founder Jose Guerrero was working long overnight shifts, spending quiet hours thinking about where his life was headed and how to build something meaningful. He knew one thing for certain – he wanted his work to make a real difference in people’s lives.
Despite working nights and interviewing during the day, the path forward wasn’t clear. What was clear was his desire to create, to help others, and to build something he could stand behind with pride.
Discovering The Craft
Jose found clarity in construction – a field that rewarded hard work, skill, and dedication. He joined a construction company and embraced the demanding physical labor, learning the industry from the ground up.
There was nothing easy about it, but watching raw spaces transform into finished projects was deeply rewarding. The real fulfillment came not just from completing jobs, but from seeing the smiles on homeowners’ faces when the work was done.

Over time, Jose surrounded himself with a team that shared his values – skilled, reliable, ethical professionals who cared deeply about their craft. Together, they built more than projects; they built trust.

“There were three teams that worked on my condo. The first team prepped the unit, taping plastic to the carpet and flooring underneath the walls that were to be painted. They also placed heavy paper on the carpets in the rooms that required drywall repair. The second team was the painters. They did an excellent job of masking ceilings and repaired areas that had incurred damage from water or drywall damage. A team of three painters arrived daily at 9:00am and left at 4:30pm. The team moved quickly and efficiently and applied two coats of paint to all walls in all rooms. They encouraged a walk through to examine their work and fixed any issues that I thought needed a touch up. The painters were done in three days. The final team was the clean crew. They removed the plastic and paper from the floor and removed all debris from the unit. Overall, I think they did an amazing job. Initially I thought it was a little pricey but the ultimate result was well worth the money and the time spent. Thank you Evercraft Remodeling Group!”
